The J.C. Phelan Company has experience working in all phases of
flagpole
work, including:
·installing flagpoles in the ground and on top of structures
·performing flagpole maintenance, such as painting and repairs
·removing flagpoles
·applying gold leaf to flagpole balls, religious symbols, and decorative objects
In the past, we have installed flagpoles on the St. Francis Hotel and the
Mark Hopkins Hotel in downtown San Francisco, and repaired the flagpoles at
Arlington National Cemetery in Washington, DC.
We climb the flagpoles on the First Interstate Bank in San Francisco's
financial district. The poles cut a distinctive silhouette in the city
skyline with its twin towers, which each have a pole mounted on the
top. We have engineered a system of wire ropes and blocks for the poles.
