The J.C. Phelan Company
Founded in 1910 — three generations ago — we provide our clients with
a cost efficient alternative to erecting scaffolding or hiring a crane
operator. Our years of experience also enable us to work safely and in
the
most efficient manner possible.
We bring a multi-disciplinary approach to our work, including working

engineers, architects, and our clients. Our past work includes working
